A Room Is Not a Neutral Thing to Perform In
Event organisers tend to think of entertainment and venue as separate decisions. They are not. A performer who has worked a building before knows things that no site visit reveals: where a group will naturally gather, which rooms kill a quiet moment, how long the gap between courses really runs.
Roberto Forzoni has performed close-up magic and mind reading in more than fifty London venues — hotels, private members’ clubs, livery halls and royal palaces — and in several of them many times over.

Roberto has been resident magician and mind reader at The Ned for eight years, performing for members and their guests at private parties throughout Lutyens’ old Midland Bank — from the basement vaults to the rooftop pool and terrace.

Roberto has performed shows at both The Savoy and Rosewood London — two hotels where the room itself does a great deal of the work, and where the entertainment has to be good enough to deserve it.
They are also, in his view, among the most enjoyable places in London to work: the standard of the staff in both buildings is genuinely exceptional.

Send your date, the room you are in, guest numbers and running order. Roberto replies personally, usually within 24 hours.

Mingling during the reception, table magic through dinner, or a seated performance for a smaller party. Roberto suggests what suits the room and your timings.
